Winter Season in Fort Lauderdale (November through April)

Winter is the most preferred time of the year to visit Fort Lauderdale. The city experiences comfortable weather with sunny days and balmy and pleasant nights that is perfect to spend time on the beach, bask in the sun and indulge in outdoor activities. In this season, the beaches are crammed, wait lines at the restaurants are long and the hotel rates are steep.  Visitors keep pouring in during this season. Sidewalk cafes, beach bars and restaurants, and outdoor spots are teeming with tourist. Travelers on a tight budget and looking for the best hotel deals and thin crowds, summer season is the best time to visit Fort Lauderdale. The city is affordable in this season, but the weather is downright intense. With too much of moisture, frequent showers and sweltering heat, it isn’t the perfect time get outdoors. Summer is susceptible to tropical storms and hurricanes. On the upside, the hotel rates are low and crowds are less. To shield yourself, an umbrella and a raincoat is must, just in case it showers.
